SMSEngine is the windows service, it's include TCP server for receive message from any network application and transmit it in sms from yours 3G modem installed in USB port. For correct working you need .NET framework 4.0+ and Windows Vista+, working with Windows XP not tested.
How install it: SMSEngine must be installed on yours PC like service and it needs to create a rule in Windows firewall and open port 65535.
